Anyone have 600 new build and heros builds for COF dungeon please?

Doubt its new but this is what I use (maybe not the fastest allthough I do get the times per lvl as stated on the pvx):

Tank (human); (Protection Prayers: 12+1, Divine Favor 12+1+1(have a +3 swap for initial casting of Blessed)
Blessed Aura
Essence Bond
Arcane Echo
Spell Breaker
Protective Spirit
Spirit Bond
Shield Of Absorption
Light Of Deldrimor

Smiter (hero or human, preferably the latter): (Smiting: 12+1+3, Divine Favor: 10+3, rest in Healing, also + 3)

Balthazar's Spirit
Vital Blessing
Retribution
Glyph Of Swiftness
Shield Of Judgement
Blessed Signet
Rebirth
Restful Breeze

Disable skill 1-3, 5. And 6 when facing more than 2 banshees (so the hero spams restful).

Don't feel like writing a detailed guide on tanking but some tips:

1. When facing 3+ banshees use arcane echo (AE) to chain Spell Breaker (SB).
2. Use AE + SB for the first mesmer boss, also micro Shield of Judgement (SoJ) on you as soon as it recharges.
3. Use AE + SB for the ele boss on the second lvl, micro SoJ on you as soon as it recharges
4. Use AE + SB before you run in the boss key room (lvl3). IMPORTANT: micro SoJ on you once you come back to the door (Murakais gay lover will follow you), no sooner, or you'll run out of energy to recast SB (important to chain cause he tends to use Atrophy on real bad moments, well for you then)
5. Try to use SoA after the enchanted daggers use Disrupting Stab
6. Pull Murakai on the jet and win faster, start microing SoJ on you once she's on the fire jet.
7. Profit.
